These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the LA LIGUE online store.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

2. Products
LA LIGUE sells football jerseys, sportswear, apparel, and related products.
Product pages provide the available information concerning product characteristics, sizes, colors, specifications, and other relevant details.
Customers should carefully review the product description and size information before placing an order.
Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or other factors.
3. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, LA LIGUE will contact the customer and, where appropriate, offer a refund or another legally applicable solution.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout when the customer completes the purchase.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before the customer completes the order.
5. Shipping
Standard worldwide shipping costs:

Orders with a product subtotal of €60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances outside the seller's reasonable control.

6. Orders
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation.
An order may be cancelled where permitted by applicable law and subject to the conditions described in these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy.
7. Payment
Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before the order can be processed.
The payment service provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact LA LIGUE as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Where an order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, LA LIGUE will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable statutory withdrawal or return procedure may apply.
Mandatory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
9. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers to whom EU statutory withdrawal rights apply, the customer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
The customer must notify LA LIGUE of the decision to withdraw within the applicable legal period.
After notifying LA LIGUE, the goods must generally be returned within the period required by applicable law.
The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where the customer was informed of this obligation before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Returns
Customers must contact LA LIGUE before returning an order.
Customers should not send products directly to a supplier or fulfillment partner without receiving return instructions from LA LIGUE.
Return instructions and the applicable return destination will be provided after the return request has been reviewed.
Products should generally be returned in accordance with the requirements described in the Refund & Return Policy.
11. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming product, the customer should contact LA LIGUE as soon as possible.
The customer may be asked to provide photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.
Where the seller is responsible for the issue, the customer will receive the remedy required under applicable law.
12. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
13. Delivery Problems
If an order is delayed, lost, or appears to have a delivery problem, customers should contact LA LIGUE using the contact information provided on the website.
LA LIGUE will review the available shipping information and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
14. Customs and Import Charges
Orders may be shipped internationally from third-party fulfillment locations.
Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges may apply.
Where such charges are legally payable by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for them.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements.
15. Third-Party Fulfillment
LA LIGUE uses third-party fulfillment partners to prepare and dispatch certain orders.
Products may therefore be shipped from outside the customer's country.
The use of a third-party fulfillment partner does not affect the customer's statutory consumer rights against the seller.
16. Product Descriptions and Intellectual Property
LA LIGUE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate.
Product names, trademarks, logos, club names, team names, player names, images, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
LA LIGUE does not represent a product as officially licensed, authentic, or authorized unless the relevant product listing expressly states and supports such a representation.
17. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Where applicable, consumers may have access to statutory mediation, alternative dispute resolution, or other dispute-resolution mechanisms available under the laws applicable to their purchase.

LA LIGUE may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
